Around W Simbsury-Granby loop. Seems like I had a shoe too tight, as my foot really started to hurt 3/4 of the way around. Beautiful day.

Most of the usual routine

Gym 5:00 [3]

A set of kensr's hip flexor exercises, using #5 on the weight stack. Maybe too much. Anyway, 2 sets of 10 with each leg, then stopped rather than press it further, and felt a little wobbly going down the stairs. Then 7 ring pull ups on the way in. So a little improvement there.
