With Rhonda at the lake. Just when I was thinking maybe I was out of the woods with my back and hip pain, it's back this morning. Cramping in the hip, sore in the back, cramping and sore at the top of the quad. Same old stuff.

Out to the gym, but not really feeling it. A set of situps which stirred up my vertigo, then 4x10 back squats alternating with pull downs. And then back in.
