A set of situps, which still makes me pretty dizzy. Some band stuff, then 4 sets of squats and 4 sets of pull downs. Squats 10x75, 10x85, 10x95, 10x95. Then right out to run a dog loop, which turned out really slow, as well as pretty cold.
