First time in quite a long time. This used to be a regular MWF ritual at 5:30, but with pandemic, people moving away, and various ailments and surgeries of the principal players it has been quite a while. Trying to reconstruct, it seems that it was already in decline in 2018, and extremely sporadic after that. Noticeably gentler and less sure-footed than in the old days, but good to see it starting up again. With Karen. Not sure if anyone else will be able to come.

As long as I was out there, 3 rounds of machine presses, machine pull downs, back squats, knees to elbows.
