Trout Brook Valley Red course. Pretty good run for me. No real mistakes - a couple minor muffs along the way, but right in to each control. Got a little tired and slower second half. Big driving day. Down and back to the meet, then took Zack back to school in East Haddam, then golf at Tunxis with Tom Noonan and the boys.

Rhonda's morning class. I showed up late. Just as well. Not sure I can take a whole hour of it.

Pleasant Valley up Sandy Brook to Rte 183 and back. 15.5 average, considerably slower than a few days ago, although I was trying pretty hard. Felt really thirsty, and didn't get anything to drink before I went.

Rhonda's 6 am class. Rhonda now has two morning and one evening class. One a day is plenty for me.

Mountain bike ride down Doyle Rd, across Farmington River Tpke, up Breezy Hill to Barbourtown and home. Almost dark. Lots of phone calls today - stuck in the house most of the day.
