Orienteering race 1:25:52 [4] 9.1 km (9:26 / km) +305m 8:05 / km
shoes: black&orange integrators

Long O at fair hill. Not a bad run, but picked bad routes for the two main route choice legs, and executed one of them poorly, too. Pretty tired on third race in three days.

Orienteering 47:30 [4] 5.1 km (9:19 / km)
slept:7.0 shoes: black&orange integrators

Green X course at Fair Hill. A little too charged up at the start. By #3 I was making big errors and not recovering, mostly from treating it like a sprint and running too fast. Settled down after #5 and the rest of the run was not bad.

Orienteering race 18:06 [4] *** 2.65 km (6:50 / km) +80m 5:56 / km
spiked:12/13c shoes: black&orange integrators

Fair Hill Sprint. Started :30 behind Peter, but lost sight of him before too long. Mostly did well, although ran down a blind alley between 10 and 11, resulting in the loss of 25 seconds and many places. For example, that was enough to make the difference between 1st and 4th in M55.

Orienteering 1:30:00 [2]

Putting out streamers at Sessions Woods for Sprint, Yellow and part of Green.

Orienteering 1:12:30 [4] 6.35 km (11:25 / km)

Ran the red course for the Sessions meet, including 5 minutes looking for a less vague control feature, and a little bit of streamer re-hanging. Felt pretty leaden toward the end, especially after a trip through the stream - cold feet! Much better to look for rocks to hop across.

treadmill 27:00 [3] 2.5 mi (10:48 / mi)

Mostly very fast walking, tried to run at 6:40 pace, but only made it 2/3 of a mile. Yikes!
