actually a run and walk. 15 minutes out, then walked back. Along the river from pleasant valley with Rhonda. Don't want to overdo, and was kind of stiff.

Note

golf with Zack and Chris. Not getting so tired on the course any more, which is good. Had to have a sprightly finish to break 50, as the earlier going was pretty ugly. A few cat-sized divots - never a good sign.

Orienteering race 1:34:00 [3] 5.8 km (16:12 / km) +275m 13:06 / km

Green Day 1 at West Pt. First day out running on surgically repaired knee. Generally pretty satisfactory, although one dumb mistake (tried to skip a control) and one where I got stuck descending a steep rocky hillside.

Orienteering race 24:13 [3] 2.2 km (11:00 / km)

West Pt sprint. Not feeling very "sprinty", but kept up a reasonable pace, and no major mistakes. Ride home was a bit challenging, at least the second half, when I stiffened up in a few places
