Note
Surgery report: Had my right shoulder and right knee operated on yesterday. Shoulder was a mumford procedure to address an injury that has bugged me for over 35 years. Involved a small incision on top of the shoulder and removal of a bit of the end of the clavicle and shaving off a bone spur under the acromion. Then trimming the supraspinatus (and perhaps the infraspinatus) to remove frayed sections.
Knee was a repeat arthroscopic meniscus trim.
Generally pretty comfortable today. If it had been just one or just the other, I would be devising an exercise program, but under the circumstances I intend to be kicking back for a while.
