very happy and energetic zumba class put on by Marie. Ten participants in total: Marie and Mike, PG, JJ, Ann-Louise, George, Jeff & Judy, Rhonda & me. I was certainly on the awkward and graceless side, but it was a good workout, and maybe if I did it 1000 more times I would get good at it. Good sports all.

Gym 25:00 [3]

A different sort of experience from zumba - an abbreviated version of Rhonda's morning class, including the sun salutations and warrior series. Down to 7 participants, but still good exercise, and made me think it has been a while since I have been to one of the early morning classes.

Strolling around with Zack and Sassy during a break in the downpour, picking up night-o controls. All but 7 and 10 of the short course, plus 4, 6 and 12 of the long.

Short trot at McLean late in the day, getting dark. Stopped at George's on the way to pick up the control flags for this weekend. A little trouble turning the FR off, because I couldn't tell whether it was still running or not in the dark.

Quite cold. Ran the Tunxis trail loop from the house. Many icy, rocky and slippery sections. Taking it very easy on rocky descents covered with leaves.

My g is getting a bit away from me. While bulking up was definitely a good strategy for bowling, time to get a little mileage in to offset the sudden rise.
