Just got home from spending the day in RI, went out for two dog loops. Dogless ones, as it was pretty humid and Sassy wouldn't have liked it. I didn't much like it either, really. Pretty hard, and just jogging, but not feeling particularly mobile. Not sore from yesterday either, though, so that is good. I rolled my L leg on the roller pretty hard last night and that seems to have kept it in check.

McLean loop. Thought maybe I could do this in 56. Kind of overcast, spitting a bit, flat enough light that I couldn't see either my regular watch or the garmin, so I never was sure how long I had been out. Struggling quite a bit early, and not pushing it, so I approached what I thought was halfway at what I thought might be 29. Not sure if it is really halfway, and couldn't see the watch well enough to know if it was really 29. Started picking it up a bit. but still thinking I'd be lucky to hit 58. Surprised to be under 54 when I finally got out where I could see the watch. A hard workout, very sweaty. R calf a little tied up, but otherwise feel ok.
