Quite a bit of improvement today, straighter than I have been, first day walking around the house without a cane. Lots of rolling and stretching. Still some big knots along the left side.

More of the same today. It is quite pleasant out, and I did get out for one walk of about 2k with R, Z and S. Snow melting, down to about 2 or 3 inches in the woods. Sitting is really adverse, so mostly laying on the floor, gentle stretching. Have quite a few things I want to do, but they will have to wait.

Day 4. Still not particularly close to being able to stand up straight. Slept on the floor last night, which was something of an improvement, if not perfect.

Day 3 of the back issue. I thought maybe I was a bit better when I got up this morning, but soon figured out that was not the case. I've been doing some stretching and hot tub time, but not getting any more comfortable. The jolliest thing I can do for the back is to lie on the yoga mat on the floor. However, that is not otherwise entertaining.

So far looks like about 4" of nice new snow, but any Yowsa! will have to be handled by someone else. Not by Rhonda, either, who is recovering from her own back incident. I am contemplating whether I can safely put the plow on the truck. If Zack were here I would engage him for that activity, but he is at school, not back for several hours.

Weekly session with Eric. My back is really bad today, so just stretching, and gradually a little improvement. I will be doing a lot of this today, and not much else.
