Weekly session with Eric, mostly stretching, bridges. Some push-ups and bands. In some ways I am better, but this has gone on a long time, and in some ways it may be getting worse. Seeing a doc next week.

Same route as a couple days ago. 41:30 out, 39:45 back, speeding it up a bit because it was starting to rain.
Felt a little looser today, thought I would see what gentle rowing was like. Did about 10 pulls at a 3:00 pace. Not a good idea. It will be a while before I do that again. Meanwhile, once again I could do planks. When I can do them, I can do them more or less as long as I might choose to. When I can't they are uncomfortable right away, and no point in trying.

with Rhonda, from PV. A fair amount faster than last time, and I guess a bit looser, but still takes a while to loosen up the back and moderately uncomfortable the whole way. Hard to say where things are going.

A determined session of hamstring and ITB rolling. I thought it would be mostly necessary on the right, but both sides were affected. Afterwards my back was a lot looser. Maybe they were tight from the recent walking sessions? A long way to go.
After some floor napping and reading, I was quite a bit straighter than the last few days, so I think the walk was pretty beneficial.

From PV with Rhonda. Very sore to start, loosened up a bit about 15 or 20 minutes in. Not exactly comfortable, but seemed like a good thing, on balance.
