Same ride as last week. Pretty fine. Down past Ski Sundown to 219, up along the reservoir and over the dam. Beach Rock Rd to 181 to 20 and then down to Riverton, along E River Rd to meet Rhonda. 3 fairly noteworthy hills on this ride. The start of Beach Rock Rd, not long but fairly steep, then two different climbs along 181. Felt pretty good all the way.

Not sure what was going on with the Garmin. It was very confused about where I started, but the start was definitely at the house.

With Eric, out in the gym. A bit of a back relapse after trying to do a workout with Rhonda and Lindsay yesterday, so mostly stretching and core, slow, slow process.

Joined in on a workout Rhonda and Lindsay were doing. some rowing, some pullups, greatly modified, some pushups, also modified, some squats and lunges. Not really any one thing, but somewhere in there my back got really tight, so I stopped then, and am nursing it along. Not any kind of a serious spasm, just sore and tight.

Rick and Susie's score-O at Pauguseet. Rainy, dark in the woods. Just taking it easy. Great place, very nice event, under the conditions.

A couple of walkabouts, but the map is excellent - I just don't see all that well, especially on such a dark day. Just a gingerly outing, didn't even use up my whole 90 minutes.
