Eric put on a morning workout for the RHINO participants who stayed over. Attendees were Jeff, Judy, Susie, Mary Jo, Giovanni, Katia, our neighbors Marj and Sheryl, and Rhonda, me and young Diego.

Ten workout stations, and after a warmup, three rounds, 30 seconds a station the first round, then 1 minute per station in subsequent rounds.
Planks, lunges (not possible for my toe), wall sits, crunches, lat pull downs, goblet squats, ring rows, push-ups, step-ups and rowing. Nice. Left me pretty tired the rest of the day. Not sure how the others fared on the drive home.

And then a nice breakfast with the group and folks were on their way.

Back in for the tail end of Lindsay and Rhonda's workout with Eric. More pushups than are comfortable for me at this point, and some more planks and reverse crunches.

Rhonda's morning class. Gingerly, as my back is quite tender the last few days, and worse today.

Not a good sleeping night. Woke up at 12:30 and maybe slept another 15 minutes around 4 or so.

AOWN this morning: I chased a bear away from the trash can that he had turned over at the bottom of the driveway. Pretty big one.

Not bad. My R leg seems to be improving, and I was able to go a bit faster today than I did on my first try a few days ago.

Sunny but cold, most common route these days. A little jangly, as six stops: two to give Rhonda advice about jump-starting one of the garden club ladies' car, four when I got behind school buses.
