A minigolf outing with the GKs. Apparently 6 and 8 is substantially too young to absorb the nuances of the sport. I think they might pick up field hockey a bit quicker.

Colonoscopy today. Wanted to get the g under control, and nothing like colonoscopy prep for a quick if temporary weight adjustment. Colonoscopy went fine, but feeling a bit subdued after.

From PV up Hogback and over the dam, up the nice sharp hill on the other side, and then . . . Eno Hill Rd freshly chipsealed, didn't look pleasant, so we turned around and went back. Ran into Lindsay and Cindy at the parking lot. Too bad we missed the chance to ride with them.

Dragging a bit after staying up to watch the Warriors and Cavaliers last night. Not sure why I thought that would be a good idea.

part of Rhonda's class, feeling more than usually lethargic today, after feeling really lethargic last night. Maybe go for a lyme test today? Rhonda had one, they said she tested positive in one band, which doesn't seem to mean much, although I was not familiar with the whole bands business.
