With Matt and Hua and Sassy at the lake. Wicked cold. Top of the right quad is in full complaint. 2 days of rowing got it a little angry, and now two days of running have finished the job. I’ll dodge the run tomorrow.

Out in the gym with Matt and Jake. Did my yoga series, but a deep squat is pretty irritating with the sore quad. Then some bench presses, dips, GH raises. Until the boys wanted to go in.

First time in a while. Seemed ok, but now to keep it up. A little tender in the forearms. These are tough times for the forearms, lurching right from laurel wrangling and brush mowing into snow shoveling.
