Another try at Muscoot. Green no walls map. Tried different routes where feasible. Big screw up at 7, being complacent. Just for variety tried going more or less straight on 2, but the barberry was just as nasty as might be expected and besides being painful, it took longer than it had taken me the other day going around.

Forest Park Snowstorm classic 5K. Lucky enough to see Lyn and George there. I was curious to see if Eric’s ministrations to my hip had improved things. They have. This was quite a bit better than when I ran here 4 weeks ago. Running a bit out of breath. A little hamstring discomfort, but hip and back much better. I had thought I might sneak under 30, but had to wait for official results to see. Just barely!
