With Rhonda. I was feeling pretty spunky after yesterday’s surprisingly good run, and thinking that maybe I was turning the corner on the hamstring problem. Alas, not the case. The second half of this was characterized by stabbing intermittent pains in the hamstring. Back to square one.

And I was doing Bulgarian squats with my mask on later and got a little light headed - too much air restriction, as I was fine when I pulled the mask back for a bit.

I was considering PG’s recommendation of standing in the pedals while climbing, and thought it might do me some good. So off on the diverge comp to climb Greenwoods Rd through People’s SF. Did this as part of a ride a few years ago with PG when I was a young fellow of 71. Seemed harder this time, but generally a satisfactory outing.
