With Rhonda at the lake. This has been a difficult week. Last Friday I was feeling pretty good, but since then a cascade of problems. Hamstring cramp acted up Saturday, R glute Tuesday, L glute today, neck spasm for a couple of weeks, but worse this week, tension headache and moments of vertigo. A lot of things to work through.

Flu shot. Got a call that they had a shipment of the super-duty 65+ shots at Walgreens, so down we went. The practitioner was particularly skilled. I absolutely didn’t feel the shot, and Rhonda said the same. Got home and took my shirt off, only to see the tell-tale flash of red. Not to worry. Swampfox will know what it was.

Checking out the big bridge by the Big Down Marsh with Rhonda. There are some rotten boards that need to be replaced. Not an easy task. New boards would weigh on the order of 300 lb. each, and no easy matter getting the old ones out, which are secured with some really heavy duty spikes and lag bolts. Maybe I can find someone who would like to do it.
