I’ve been thinking about going back to the Billygoat for about 2 weeks, and one thing or another got in the way, so glad to get there while the flags are still up. Still slow, but better legs today than last time, better energy. Flubbed both 10 and 11, so thought it was time for a bite to eat and stopped at my car on the way to 12. Skipped 16 instead of 5, and a few different routes. Like last time, the ride home was the hardest part, managing the hamstring cramp. Stopping for gas along the way helped.

Went to see Brian, the local PT guy. Local, in that he is a neighbor, and also local enough in that he has an office in Canton now. His business has been very successful. The office in Canton is new, and he has a large office in Avon. Anyway, he evaluated my hamstring, thinks the pain is largely nerve based, did some electro stim and dry needling. We'll see where this goes. He also checked out my neck, maybe work on that some next visit on Wednesday.
