Much better today.

I was wondering what AP would guess for this outing, and not surprised it guessed "Hike". Too slow to really seem like running, too fast for my usual snowshoeing. While everything was tracked, it wasn't tracked enough to provide firm footing for these, but a pleasant outing, anyway.

Not a particularly good day. A fair amount of vertigo. Some episodes of shaky balance, and just generally blah. Upset stomach. Going out for a bit on snowshoes improved things.

Got up today with the first little micro-episodes of vertigo since the first of the year. Balance just a little questionable and felt a little off - just not quite alert. When I finally went out for a while on the snowshoes with Zack around mid-day, it sparked me up just fine, and I was fine after that.

Note

1st shot vaccine appointment 2/20. Tried the state vax website this morning which didn't work at all, then the state vax phone line, where after a bunch of pushing buttons for this and that I got the message that they were really busy and they'd call me back within the week. But then we got a message this afternoon from Hartford Healthcare and after a little fussing on the website we got appointments 5 minutes apart for Saturday morning the 20th.
