Note

Shot #1 this morning. We got it at the Torrington armory. Involved about an hour of waiting, either in line before or after while they were waiting to see if we had side effects and waiting to schedule the next appointment. Not counting Rhonda, of course, it was a remarkably old looking bunch of people. We had the Pfizer vaccine, next one scheduled for 3/13. Now that it is 5 hours later, can’t really tell that it even happened. Maybe just a hint of muscle soreness.

Jogging. Nice and sunny. The animal of the day is bobcat. Saw bobcat tracks in 4 widely spaced places along the trail, all from today. Following the snowshoe tracks on and off.

This had been a tough day with muscles in spasm in the R glute and hip and consequent back pain. Not at all responsive to the kinds of things that often help, rolling, stretching, massage, hot tub. Finally I thought that maybe some walking in snowshoes would help straighten me up, and very gradually it did, and I was pretty straight and mostly pain free for the rest of the evening.
