Yoga 21:00 [3]
slept:5.0 weight:159.8lbs

8 AM

Note

Golf-9 holes at Blue Fox with Tom and Bob. They were going 18 and taking a cart, which was nice because it speeded the whole thing up. I don’t have the attention span anymore for more than 9. 6 or 7 would be fine. The verdict: not unpleasant, certainly feeble, maybe a bit pathetic, but I grade myself on a curve, so it was fine. Tom was awesome. Long, straight and towering. Mostly.
10 AM

Note

Boosters! I was glad to get it, Rhonda even more so.

Somewhat unpleasant, definitely feeble, not at all pathetic. I can see a glimmer of improvement possible if I can do this sort of thing more often

3 hospital loops on a 5:15 clock. Hard. Had thought when I started I would go for 4, but a Bricker set made more sense. And then three straightaways. Not pushing too hard. Hamstrings are very tight. No point in abusing them.

Went up Hogback to get a little hill past the dam, then up Robertsville Rd to get another one, but that one is pretty modest. This was all fine up until about half way, but then I got a burning pain on the L side in the low back that got steadily worse. Glad I hadn't gotten any further away than I did.
