With Rhonda at the lake. Pretty impressive wind in the face on the return trip, although I was expecting it. Lake level is pretty low. Interesting stone wall exposed along a long skinny island in the cove at the NW end.

A set of situps, which still makes me pretty dizzy. Some band stuff, then 4 sets of squats and 4 sets of pull downs. Squats 10x75, 10x85, 10x95, 10x95. Then right out to run a dog loop, which turned out really slow, as well as pretty cold.

Off to the city with my cousin Annie along for the ride, headed to cousin Matt's for Thanksgiving. He had ordered everything, but the actual production exceeded his capabilities, so he was the host while Rhonda whipped everything into shape. Nice gathering: Annie, Matt and Jake, me and Rhonda, Nike, Charles, Raakel and Rebs. And of course Rocky the dog, still rambunctious at 7. Ching-Hua and Tai were in Michigan. Sorry we missed them. Then home again, arriving around 5.

With Rhonda. We saw that the water level was low enough that the island is connected to the shore, so we fought our way through the logged section with all its slash, dead ferns and prickers. Fun to tramp on the island when we got there, and then found a better way to get out of there.
