Visit to the shoulder doc this morning. Seems I’m a candidate for the reverse shoulder replacement Soupbone got in ‘21. I’ll go see the surgeon himself in 3 weeks. See what he says.

Leaves are slippery! I had already packed the icebugs, so went in regular running shoes. Slow sliding back a bit on the uphills, and slow trying to stay upright on the downs. Leaving in the morning for LA, dealing with a bunch of things around here that need to be done. Rhonda is leaving more or less the same time, heading back to TX. Changed my flight back from LA so that I am going to Houston Sunday night. Rhonda's mom passed away last night, and there will be services and get-togethers during the early part of next week.
