I wanted to do a quick 2 miles before the bugs came out on Saturday, so I went as soon as I got to my cottage at 7:30. However, seeing that I had just eaten a late dinner at 7 this was a bad idea. I had a nonstop cramp the entire time and it was still pretty hot out. I felt sick afterwards and had a quick chat with Senor Porcelain but overall I got a good, quick workout out of it.
