yea...40 laps plus a little more to get exactly 10 miles on the track going the wrong way around...really great run in terms of feeling good and going fast
yea...this was a struggle...felt like i was going to throw up from the start...idk must have ran too close to eating/ate too much...i though i timed it out well but whatever
yea...didnt run today but i went to hot yoga...it was 75 minutes of yoga in a 105 degree room and i was right next to a heater...sweated a ton...my mat was pretty swampy after a few minutes...overall a pretty nice workout
