the meat and taters of this run was 5 x Mt. Serabitch into a screaming headwind. 3:41 (felt somewhat controlled), 3:39, 3:32, 3:36, 3:35 (felt all out). Now we are training....
Darrin: 4:20, 4:05, 3:58, 4:02, 4:03....or something along those lines.
Rolled through Esko; bunch of vagrants about....:)

60 miles on 5 days of running. Salvaged a decent week after all. two days off w/tweaked achilles. two mid-long (14, 11), one track workout (2 miles, 5:20, 5:10), and one long run (20). Need more miles!!!!!! And some workouts damnit.

marathon course. 2nd half into the wind (poor planning). Was runnng probably 7:10--7:25 for most. 4 miles MP 15-19 (14-18 on course) 6:35, 6:33, 6:31, 6:33. Working harder than I would have liked (slower too), but into a decent wind. Hamstrings tight during cool-down mile.
