marathon course. 2nd half into the wind (poor planning). Was runnng probably 7:10--7:25 for most. 4 miles MP 15-19 (14-18 on course) 6:35, 6:33, 6:31, 6:33. Working harder than I would have liked (slower too), but into a decent wind. Hamstrings tight during cool-down mile.
