out hicken way (jess would have hated it). Hit snooze on the Esko morning crew. Tired by 1:20, two gels got me home in one piece. WINDY. Achilles tight by the end. Hope the 8k boys represented.

60 miles on 5 days of running. Salvaged a decent week after all. two days off w/tweaked achilles. two mid-long (14, 11), one track workout (2 miles, 5:20, 5:10), and one long run (20). Need more miles!!!!!! And some workouts damnit.

w/ jess at st. scholastica. could feel right achilles when warming up, but it went away...warm-up, then one mile (5:20), 3:00 recovery, one mile (5:10), 1:25 recovery, 400 (1:21). cool-down.
