ran open 8 course. felt ok and navigated good when i ran faster for about 5min.

Elitseries sprint race. did a good race, some smaller problems but was good feeling for beeing a sprint race! satesfied.

Sprint-O in "leksands sommarland". Felt tired after intervals yesterday but could run pretty good anyway. made a BIG misstake at the end of the course, 1'10".

6x4 min intervals with 1.5min rec. (me, pelle e, martin ha and martin he)
felt good, had one bad interval, 5th. ran to fast on 4th so wasn't fully recovered when i started the 5th.

strengh. weak in my upperbodey now. havent done any strengh whole summer so felt good starting up again. did rehabtraining for my achillies (havent had any problems since last year)

tuna ting middle. felt a bit slow running but better then expected from last day! one big misstake, 1min. and 3 smaller about 5-10sec.
