Orienteering long 1:20:00 [3]
shoes: VJ Twister

Long run with map at the training for long-sm this year. felt slow.

Orienteering intervals 55:00 [5]
shoes: VJ Twister

Orienteering intervals on the trainingmap for middle/relay sm.
Ran 3 intervals and each were about 15-25min. felt ok and navigation was good, no misstakes over 15sec.

Sprintrace with högskolan. felt ok, was fun with mapchange on sprint.

Middlerace with högskolan. Felt good, navigated really good until i missed about 6-8min on one control (map was all messed upp, new clearing and tracks) and after that good again.

just struggeled around. didnt have anything to run with.
