Middledistance training for middle-sm. stiff knee and no power running. dont know if my knee affected me more then i though. orienteered poor.

longdistance training for long-sm. fell and hit my knee at the 2nd control. hade to stop running after 5th. felt like shit that i couldnt run the whole course.

Running short intervals uphill with Martin Hederskog. Felt good running and nice with some company!
