John and I got peer-pressured into actually hurdling the steeples by some Penfield kids who were practicing with us... I'm really thankful.

I had a good time and I really hope I can squeeze in once or twice more if and when Nate's off O-ing and Nico's needed elsewhere. I could have cut several seconds off, but Coach Klehr kinda told me I had a lap left and I didn't (though it is also my fault for losing count.)

P.S. Brimstein only beat me by 2:30.. no big...

i forgot to log this- sprinting out to mark where the discuses (sp?) were landing was sorta tiring in the sun and i had to be fast or else that old lady would yell at me. and my heart rate spiked whenever i was in danger of being cut in half by that big girl who threw 124ft

Biking messes up my legs too much to jump the steeples well. Besides, I haven't taken an inactive day since last Wednesday.

dehydrated, sore, and i got blisters. also had trouble finding the pace because i was there all alone (the other guys decided to go shopping.)

as i was getting ready to leave, geoff walked in, so that's one other person who did the workout.
