Shadowing Kaia on an orange course in Aggebo-Græsted. A couple of areas with wind felling - avoided those. Feeling rather tired today.

An early morning Moneghettis session - my first interval type session for a while. Frost in the grass and in the air. Did the session in Beckenham Park. Didn't feel super speed or close to.

Did the tempo run - was a bit mixed feeling good and not so good - but nice to out pushing it a bit again. Rather muddy today in the low spots of the tracks, so had to be careful.

A jog on the treadmill - hard work to do a jog on the treadmill - much more enjoyable along the river.

Yes, first training back after the rogaine - still have slightly swollen feet - so called round feet. But they were okay to do a wee run up to Vic Park and around and down again. Nice to be out despite slightly stiff.
