Road Cycling 3:21:00 [3] 57.0 km (3:32 / km) +952m 3:15 / km

The TT ride was going via the hilliest route from Bal - Stirling so I did my own thing & met everyone there at 11.30 anyway.
Home - - Norton Summit (slow but felt gd) - Ashton (here the wheels fell off and i felt shite) - Mt Lofty - Stirling.
Return was mostly downhill - Crafers _ Summertown (caught up with a friend who runs Cafe 1195? there and had scrambled eggs for lunch & caught up on some gossip) - Uraidla - up to Woods Hill rd - Ashton - Norton Summit - home.

I've been offered a place in a new bikepacking event going Cape to Cape (with some detours) across North Is of NZ from mid Feb. Short at about 1200kms (17,000+ climb) but route mostly avoids towns, so need to sleep out a lot.
Can I do it one legged is the question, as knee not likely to improve by then.

yoga/pilates 45:00 [3]

Did this 2 hrs after returning from bike ride...not ideal as I felt stuffed.
Session was excellent as the reformer type exercises stretch & strengthen me in ways the bike doesnt. Will try to do more.
