At ARC - L knee etc very sore walking backwards.
Shoulder shitty.

Spent some hours hunting for my small wallet thingy today.
Should have been easy to spot since i cleaned the house a few days ago and vaccumed the car yesterday. Looked at my debit card bank account and nothing had gone but I emptied it mostly anyway.
Had a 2nd more serious look around with no joy.
Finally went to the fridge for a drink and spied it in with grapes I had bought yesterday!!

Ride in afternoon while having car serviced at ingle farm.
Waited 5 mins for heavy shower to pass over and then down to the paddocks where i did a few laps.
Out to Main North rd where i caught at traffic lights in the middle as another thunderstorm hit and i got drenched. lap of Parafield airport and then another of mawson lakes.
out to salt lakes and to the wetlands cafe for a hot chocolate.
Back much the same. Dry by the time i got there.
Did i mention it was windy! Very!

I spent almost the whole day cleaning the house ...perhaps one is meant to clean more than twice a year! can now see the floors, kitchen table etc but not my study table. So much shit.

I'm about to hit gumtree with some things...anyone want a Leigh Matthews signed sherrin?

Was hot and tired as hell but dragged myself out for a ride at 7.30pm.
Then loved it - just did laps of the new tracks thru Highbury aquaduct - still one section not finished. Many koalas grunting.

leg quite gd except for the time I forgot it and stepped off on that side - ouch, but perhaps knee more than hammy. Quite gd on short steep hills.

Bal group ride mostly minus the group!
I got there just before 9am and some had left and MC was later, so I trundled away knowing some were again and some behind. Crawled up Greenhill rd to Carey Gully then L up the shady Deviation Rd...down towards Lobethal , going R and heading to Fox Creek & Cudlee creek where the others had just arrived.
Started home before main group and dawlded along to Gumeracha & then towards Lobethal. Just before the L turn to Burford rd I could hear my friends behind so put thefoot down to take the KOM and keep ahead until the last of 4 climbs to Mt Torrens. Then Springhead rd climb...to Amy's bikepath and back, stopping in to have a chat at my mates & boss at Bikeabout.

About 14 hrs in front of computer today doing mtbo stuff and only finalising 1 thing... With stand ups every 15 mins for bum stretch.
Got socks and shoes at 10am for morning walk and got out at 8pm.

Decided to test hamstring with hilly ride.
I left 20 mins before Michelle, Liz & Pete and they played catch-up but didnt get me until Paracombe despite te fact that I doddled along.
Home - TTG - back of Fairview Park, UP Seaview rd, easy roll out and back to Snake Gully - nasty little climb UP Upper Hermitage, across on Range rd Sth; to Paracome - Inglewood - Paracombe - down Torrens Hill Rd to Gorge rd - Cudlee Creek cafe = 2hr 26 698metres up 41km av 17kph

Back just down Gorge Rd = 23kms 57.21mins 145m up 24kph av

Have to wait until tomo to see whether leg is worse.
Outer ham / glut hurt a bit when riding and is sore now sitting down, when normally its the adductor that hurts!!

Fitness wise ...carrying an extra 5kgs which i felt but prob a bit better on hills than i expected. Breathing hard though
