Saturday Aug 17 #

Road Cycling 2:46:00 [3] 42.3 km (3:55 / km) +721m 3:37 / km

Late morning ride trying hills for the first time.
With MC but she did 1.5 laps of Norton to my one.
Home, up Norton at a crawl - couldnt even get my feet in the pedals for 1st quarter as going too slow - Ashton - Woods Hill Rd - Uraidla for hot choccie and back much the same way.
I had to walk just 2 x 100m near Ashton.
Difficulty getting my L foot not to be pointy -safeguarding knee but putting strain on other things.
Knee quite sore afterwards

Road Cycling 2:33:00 [3] 46.0 km (3:20 / km) +120m 3:17 / km

Ride with MC from Felixstowe down to Semaphore along back streets & greenway so quite slow. In cleats mostly but my L foot is extremely pointed, which cant be good.

Went to physio - he was not impressed with my continuing pain & took me outside to see my painful walk. He immediately called the surgeon's rooms and made an appoint for Monday! hasnt improved at all in last 4 weeks.
I'm sick of this saga.

Wednesday Aug 14 #

mt bike 1:00:00 [3] 16.0 km (3:45 / km)

Little trip to drop grapefruit to MC

Tuesday Aug 13 #

Road Cycling 2:32:00 [3] 43.0 km (3:32 / km) +424m 3:22 / km

Waited for the midday sun to appear and started a roadie ride from Charlston.
Both feet in cleats which was a success.
Most of the ride i went slowly trying to correct my pointed toe riding with L leg which I've been doing subconsciously to prevent full extension .
Did bikepaths and a few nearby quiet roads, though did 11& climb for about 30 metres. Still cold.

Monday Aug 12 #

half walk, half shuffle 20:00 [3] 1.5 km (13:20 / km)

Slow limp as both my knee and L foot hurt - so frustrating.
