KAW training work out. Better effort than last week - enjoyable session. Seems Steve muppet was not the only one to have a trip in the boat, kent suffered the same fate - according to kent there were about 20 people who got escorted in from the paddle. Lived up to its name of Summer Survival.

Paddle in very rough conditions - 50 stroke efforts from the beach out then catching some great surf back in. Stayed upright which was a bonus - forearms were hurting afterwards, great hit out.

Ski paddle on a magnificent evening. 10 minute warm up then 30 minutes of 100 stroke efforts from the beach to the can then catching little runners back in. Had a reasoable dip - wich has been lacking this week. Finished with a swim - water was sensational.

Been working away in Smithton and Launy this week with lots of travel so felt very flat for the session. Kent was away so Channel took it and made it appropriately difficult. Weak mind made for some soft efforts, so a little dissapointed afterwards - could have got more out of the session.

Back on the Ski - great night to be out, took it fairly casual to get used to tipyness again. Nice to be on the water and finished off with a 10 minute swim swim - water temperature is very nice at present.

KAW training, again very solid hit out - even graduated to hill sprints, dont think some of the group was overly happy. Good variety and fun work out.

Swim in the surf at Somerset - was buggered after half hour, different game the surf swimming!

Run in the dial with AB. Alarm clock did not work for AB so I headed off in front of him which helped push me a bit harder than I probably would have normally gone. Fantastic views from Dial an Gnomen on very clear day. AB caught me at the start of Keddies track. Solid hit out and nice to get some distance in, felt ok although the sharper pinches get me every time.

KAW training - kent come with new directive to be harder on the group as it was getting to easy! - probably right as you fit into whats happening and think your working hard, but wednesday was a step up on what it had been - got home feeling very buggered. Hope he continues to push hard.
Geo locked in so have new focus. Aim is to be able go hard for 48 hours.............
