Game in the 3s. Won 2-0 and had a nice run around. Felt really good.

Run with steve and AB from the surf club to eastcam and return via the golf club. Hills were hardwork but felt better as the run went on, enjoyed the hit out.

Lots of boxing and body exercises, felt much better this week got through the push ups and ab exercises better. Burpees are such a shit exercise!!!

Training took the men and women. Good session always had them moving, nice to see some buggered people at the end - makes a change!!!

MTB ride with Cameron from home to Wynyard high school where Nick played auskick then back to somerset and home. Very nice to be on the bike on clear but cool day. Camo moved well - looks and rides like groomy high gear and high cadence!

Umpire division 1 hockey match, then played in the twos. 2-0 up at half time ended up with 2-2 draw, we won shots at goal shit loads to 5. As with any sport, the more times you miss the longer your opponent stays in the match!

Decided to go and do a session to see how I fared. Leg exercises - set ups, stairs, lunges and squats all felt really good. Body exercises - push ups, boxing and stomach were a bloody joke! Know where i need to focus -could barely manage 15 push ups!
Side note - Jo has decided she wants to do a marathon and I have told her i would do it with her so that could be interesting! We are aiming for the Cadbury Marathon in Hobart in January!
