Play at Freycinet. From mum and dads over into the bush and just following tracks to see where they went, joined a couple of good loops. Then into the rangers station over to south friendly where encountered a snake then play around the sth friendly lagoon looking for an old track we used to road motor bikes on. No luck so had cut my losses do some hike a bike and lagoon wading back onto friendly beaches, road along the beach to the salt water lagoon and back home. Just and awesome fun ride with super views and weather. Time listed is elapsed ride time was 03:15:00 rest was hike a bike

MTB ride with the Hampster from home old mt hicks road, resovoir drive, deep creek, tram road, oldina, Calder and home. Solid little hit out and good to have more time on the bike. Ham dog doing it easy. Was buggered by the end.

Early morning paddle on the Inglis with Kent, Steve and Pilky. Lap of the river from yacht club to road bridge and return. Steady paddle up then quick return trip,. Steve and kent opened up and dropped me very quickly then steve went stupid for a couple 4.30ish kms. I managed to get a best of 5.20. needless to say i was shagged by the time i got back. Would also be unfair of me not to mention that the other three had just come back from a 45.30 - 10km run around the river track.

Short hill run in the reserve. Very peaceful out and nice night for a run.

Paddle on the inglis with Steve, Kent and pilky. Felt very average for the first lap but it got better as we went on. Vey little time in the boat certainly stood out and 45km looks like a long way.......... Love a challenge

Run around the hockey field for a bit of fun. Managed to get a few km in and got a win to boot.

Around Burnie run from Mckenna Park, added a few variations so i got in some extra hill work, home via view road. Run has its moments but overall not to bad.
