orienteering race 6:00:00 [5] 27.5 km (13:05 / km) +1300m 10:35 / km

Run Rhuben Rogainne at Orford. Awesome weather and conditions, course area was great and plenty of specky views from the ridges.
1110 points was a good result with no mistakes and with plenty of climbing. Last hour was a struggle as legs were knackered. Good fun day

Anzac day paddle with marms from surf club , few laps of the cam and return. Morning started well with marms falling off at the river mouth in messy conditions which resulted in rather long swim for him :) Couple of solid laps then back to surf club.

MTB 1:36:35 [3] 32.16 km (3:00 / km) +555m 2:46 / km

Afternoon road ride on the MTB just to get some distance in the legs on the MTB. Bit of climbing up through back cam road and village lane.

Paddle on the Inglis River with Steve and Marms. 3km up river to turn around point then time trial back to bridge - trying to keep up with steve...Out to Mouth of river and return. Great afternoon for a paddle.

Trek from Dove Lake to Summit of cradle Mountain and return. Brilliant Day for it with Superb views for 360D. Ran flats and down hills, 2.03 to summit and 1.45 return (return via chain track)

Distance paddle on the Cam on a very windy Sunday morning. Keen to get out of the river or go to a new one but far to windy today.

Fun ride at Reservoir Drive - great little 8km circuit with some new single track. Good Fun and actually felt great.

Night run in the reserve, moving slowly but running all hills which is a positive. Third run for the week must be a record!!

Paddle from surf club, couple laps of cam and return. Ladder to 100 on return lap, knackered by the end. Finished in the dark which was interesting paddling back to the surf club in the chop. Had to err on the side of caution and carry the last couple hundred metres.

First road run for many a long time. From home out to Murchison highway and return. Aim was to run the whole way with no stops including the hills which was achieved so good start.

Back on the water to improve paddle. Cam river laps with lap warm up then ladder from 100 down. Slow but got to start somewhere :)
