Ride from surf club to park and out to wynyard and return. Sat on the front from camdale to wynyard so was buggered for return trip - luckily pace not to bad.

Got out at lunch time and went for a walk, circuit from the surf club. Should do this more often.

First run in a looooong time. Ran with Camo from Someset soccer club - surf club via murchison highway - beach to west somerset - goat track and back. Felt it in the legs - hammies especially. Camo was cruising - days of finishing in front are well and truely gone!

Burnie Park - Fern Glade - Minna Road and return. Felt strong this morning so had a dip up Fern Glade. Aim is to start doing more hills now!

Beat the rain and headed out early for trip around the cape and return from burnie park. Legs a little sore at the start but came good as the ride went on. Rest of the weekend looks like crap.

Unfortunately time got the better of me and will miss the required 1788km should end up with around the 1400km mark. Bit of a bummer but it got me moving again, battle now will be to keep going and not waste the effort !!

ride from burnie Park to three sisters look out and return, plus a couple of laps around burnie. Picked up AB at penguin surf club. Good steady ride on super morning.

Double Ride Sunday, from home into somerset back to wynyard into burnie and home. Met lindsay so had cmpany for part of the ride. 145km for the day and now under 500 to go but going to be a big struggle to make it.

Rode form home into somerset via east wynyrad then up to Yolla to wynyad - burnie and then return. Very solid climb to yolla but very enjoyable decent. Hamish pulled out of his driveway at the right moment and tacked on for a quick decent.

One of the more unusual training rides. Finished coaching about 9 and had to pick camo up about midnight so parked at maccas car park and went for a ride. Very bloddy windy out, did three laps somerset to crusties.Got a few comments the later the night went.

Weather finally cleared and got back out on bike. Surf club to heybridge via the galde and minna road then return. Climb through the glade felt better today - just. Bike in need of a service!

Snuck off early from work and did ride up and along coast. Climbed minna road for good measure. Starting to fall behind so need to get in some more km.

Out early in the sleet and snow, from surf club into burnie and back to wynyard and return. Was about to pull the pin after battling back into a big head wind then meet lindsy so stayed out and got in some more km. Legs feeling not to bad.

Got out after the rain cleared - initially aimed for a 5 am start but terrible weather delayed the start. From home around the back of wynyard then into emu river and return. Very solid headwind on return trip from burnie made for very solid going.

Stuggled out of bed and onto the bike, rode with the group out to Howth and back. Pace was on on the way back and only just managed to stay in touch. Have even more respect for the training top level cyclists must do.

Solid little hit on return to KAW for first time in a month. Nice change up from the bike, need to start incorporating some running soon. Enjoyable change.
