Indoor boxing and kettle bell session with KAW. Performed a bit better tonight but did feel zero energy and need to rest a couple of times during the session.

Very very average display on MTB this morning - probably should have stayed in bed. Would have been enjoyable loop , long way to go to catch the other boys and will need to crank up training work ethic hugely before the gap gets too much bigger.

Swimming at the Health Glo. 100 odd laps in varying configurations over the course of the hour. Starting to feel better in the pool.

KAW training session, was run based so hill runs, shuttles, stairs etc. Could make it as hard as possible so just tried to follow steve and kent and that was effort enough.

Field Hockey 1:10:00 [2]

Left KAW early as the boys were a bit short and had a run around in the 3s. Nothing to exciting but had a n easy win. Not missing not playing so hit every now and then is not overly exciting.

Trek 1:15:00 [3]

Not feeling the best so skipped the muppet ride this morning still not the best but went and started putting out the markers for the the Frenchs reserve rogainne. Got two set before started getting dark. Believe I have found the points I marked on the map, but time will tell. Should finish setting next weekend. Hope to make it about 4-5 km.
Looking forward to clearing up this headache and nausea so ca do some more training.

As solid a session that I have done in a long time, boxing and ab exercises plus throw in a squat pyramid. I was bloody buggered by the end. Worked with the Hampster who is doing practice with Kent. Big gun was throwing a few haymakers twards the end but seemed in good nick.

Ride from chip mill entrance to base of Valentines peak. Included a nice 2km climb, Struggleville on the hills - just need to do more work.

Trek 1:45:00 [3] 5.0 km (21:00 / km) +450m 14:29 / km

Trek up and down the peak. Awesome morning out with some specky views. I got there for the second time 187 years after Henry Hellyer did.
Not to bad on the legs - climb had a bit in it.
10 AM

MTB 35:00 [3] 9.0 km (3:53 / km)

Return ride - bit easier with nice long downhill.
