Ride with the Burnie boys, Fernglade -Minna road loop. Felt better this morning and about 1m quicker up the glade. Cracker of a morning.

Very solid hit out with KAW. Suitable knackered by the end.

Followed KAW with a walk around Burnie with Jo. Very nice evening stroll and finished off with a coffee. Very pleasant.

Old favourite - Freycinet circuit in the heat of the day. Track in great nick and apart from the wineglass highway not huge amounts of people. Had a ball letting some of the tourists know that " doing a great job your half way there" when they were about 300m metres from the top - got some great groans. Enjoyable run

Waited until the heat had gone and had a run on the bush tracks over behind swanwick. Very pleasant evening in the bush.

Escaped from work and peddled the back cam road loop from the surf club and return. Struggled on the climbs but as a wise man once said - don't wish it wise easier ........ Wish you were better.

In the reserve bringing in the markers. Tried to go in a straight line from marker to marker, was too bad and not a lot of back tracking.

Struggled through river track run with Pete this morning. First 3 were better but wasn't feeling the love after that.

Fun hit out over in the reserve " up skilling" navigation. Hampster took us around quite nicely. Markers were not too far out of position so that's good.
Found it good to talk through the navigation with hamish as it helped me understand more as well.

Ride from Burnie Park to Wynyard and return. Pace was on today and it showed up my lack of recent bike riding and was duley spat ou tthe back of the pack about 7km from home. Time at the front was short, but overall good hit out.

Swim in the Cam with Kent. From boat ramp up river for 700m then return. Tide going out so was 18 minutes up, 12 minutes back. Felt good tonight.

Open water swim in the mighty cam. Boat Ramp to bridge back to old bridge and return. Tide just on the turn so definitely quicker downstream.

Decided i better start doing some proper training so back into the morning riding sessions. Frenglade - Minna Road loop today, got duly smashed and was 2 minutes slower up fernglade than previous best. Not been on a group ride since the RAT so felt the pace all the way.

Filled in a bit of time while waiting for Jo to come out surgery - got knee fixed today so went for a Run in the cataract gorge up to duck reach and back plus other tracks. Great trails and very warm out.
