Trek 1:05:00 [3] 8.0 km (8:08 / km)

Not sure of distance as no watch. started out as a run but ended up as a trek. Cam valley area jogging walking the newish tracks cut in by loggers. Ended up doing a couple of loops and coming out through the golf club.

Went and watched Camo do the Army Burnie Challenge then headed of from Hellyer College up to 3 mile line then west moorevile to the cemetery and up into the cam valley, rode up and down all the tracks then went over to the unrideable hills and practiced 4 x hike a bike. Carrying the bike is a definite winner, not as heavy to lift and put on the shoulders as I thought. Had the bike loaded with rack and tools plus map board.

Very enjoyable trek and navigation session. Blythe river area, good to do somewhere new and practice navigation. More learning of the map - good fun.

Trek 1:45:00 [3] 5.0 km (21:00 / km) +400m 15:00 / km

Morning cruise up Montgomery with Jo, Up main track then back down fire trail. Ran a bit, trecked a bit, went to the top,and back down until I met Jo then back up again. Enjoyable outing with the moldster.
3 PM

Paddle 1:01:45 [3] 9.3 km (6:38 / km)

Took the Olympic flame out for a Paddle on the Inglis River. From Cape bridge to highway bridge and back to yacht club then return to Cape bridge. First 3km in 22 next in 18 and final 3 in 21 minutes. Enjoyable time on the water.

Morning MTB at Oldina with Kent and Pilky. Very enjoyable 2 x circuits of a 10km loop. Felt very comfortable on the bike this morning. Had map board on and bike rack loaded, went ok with the vision over the front wheel.

Paddle 45:00 [3] 5.0 km (9:00 / km)

Final patrol at the surf club for this year, so took advantage of a smallish ground swell for and enjoyable little session in the surf and doing 100 strikers off the beach. Super day and no swimmers today.

MTB cruise around th extracts of Wynyard and resovoir drive. More about time on the bike and nothing too strenuous . Awesome day to be out and about.

Trek 1:50:00 [4] 8.0 km (13:45 / km) +815m 9:07 / km

3 x Mt Mongomery climbs. 1st one from car park following main track to top.2nd one back down to track intersection head north and up the northern most track back down the same way, onto the pct to the southern fire trail climb back down main track and home. Will do it South / East and North from now on. Have reference time and will do each month until xpd. Trek pole seemed to be very helpful.

River track run with Pete. Good for first four km then just struggled home. Only 6km but ran out hard until I felt buggered then staggered home.

Some off track navigation at fern glade with fellow muppets. Very thick bush with plenty of leeches. Very enjoyable afternoon stroll and thanks to AB for setting.

Great day out with Moldy. Mt Donaldson trek. Managed to dodge the rain and got awesome views. Very enjoyable trek.
