Trek 3:30:00 [3] 11.0 km (19:05 / km)

Walk at cradle mountain from Dove lake around the wombat pool up Marion lookout and onto kitchen hut, snowed most of the way but up on the plateau wind was ridiculous and a few of the party started to get cold, so made the call not to go on and turn back - very wise as weather got worse. beat a hasty retreat back to the lodge for a coffee and hot chips. Once down out of the wind, walk was great with lots of snow falling. Was kitted up appropriately and felt comfortable with the exception of gloves - need upgrade on these.

MTB ride through Montazuma falls from Rosebery end to Melba Flats. Huge amount of water coming of the falls - awesome site and buckets loads of water in the creek which meant for bloody cold feet ferrying bikes across. Weather was very kind had rained all morning and stopped just after we started the ride - had a brief patch of sun at the falls to make for some great photos.Again not to difficult but fun ride.

Paddle from Corina to the Savage River, dropped off the group for a walk then Steve and I hooked for boats together jumped in the front one and paddled up the Savage until the bridge about 2 km - took about 45 minutes into a very fast flowing river. Walked up Mt Donaldson then paddled back to Corina - savage section took around 10 minutes!!

Trek 5:00:00 [3] 13.0 km (23:05 / km)

Walk from savage River back towards corina to the old gold mine site then back to and along the savage river and up and down MT Donaldson. very arctic conditions on the mountain. Would make a tough little training run corina to donaldson and return.

MTB ride on the Western Explorer - very wet start then dried out in the wind before getting very wet again. Pretty cruisy as was escorting novice riders who did a super job to stick it out. Did i mention it was wet?

Fun orienteering event at Romaine with Jo. Pretty simple nav but always good to get practice reading the map. Enjoyable outing.

Paddle 1:25:00 [3] 13.0 km (6:32 / km)

Paddle on the Inglis with Steve. Bit of a warm up out to the mouth and back up the river then lap of the river then out the mouth and short trip along the coast. Very nice out on the water, but very cool. Steve had the motor on and trip back down the river was 4 minutes quicker than up.

Good little orienteering session at trevallyn. Running bit short of time so did the middle course. Took my time and was happy to really concentrate and read the map, went for safety and used the track network to navigate my way around - bit longer but no stuff ups. Left the second last one to make the 4pm course closure. Good fun.

Off road brick, MTB from soccer club up into the cam valley then climbed to the top and back down and repeat, then quick change and do the same on foot. Did this three times over three different circuits then rode home. Legs feeling it by end of it.

Fun orienteering event at Launceston, went with steve and apart from the 2nd and last control got through ok and although not overly quick did not make to many major mistakes. Paced counted a few after missing the second and that also helped.

Paddle on the Inglis with steve and Pilky. Lap of the river then little play in the rollers at the mouth of the river.

Paddle 1:35:30 [3] 14.5 km (6:35 / km)

Morning hit out on the cam. 31/2 laps with 1 x 100 and 1 x 400 stroke effort each lap. Seem to be making progress.
