missed the early morning trek with other muppets, could not get out of bed after big day, so headed out to check if markers were in place for mtb rogainne, found them all bar one that was on a creek junction, probable floated away in the big wet, others on creek lines were remarkably still there.
nice ride/walk around oldina.

Paddle the old red tub from boat ramp up the cam for 3.2km on outgoing tide, could of got further if stronger paddler, got to the point where i was paddling and going nowhere then tired and started going backwards turned around and come back down met Stevie on second lap headed back up but could not get back over the weir. Good solid hit out.

Coasteer Penguin to Burnie. Very enjoyable morning out feeling better each training. Great little section right on our doorstep.

Couple of Mount Duncan repeats. Hard slog but improvement on last time, slowly getting better, other Muppets are moving very well.

Couple and Half laps of the Cam. Paddle fitness begins!! Plenty of moving water in the Cam.
