Bike (roadie) 2:20:00 [3] 64.0 km (2:11 / km)

Early saturday morning ride. Left Burnie Park at 7am across to Ulverstone, lap through the town then back via south road. Was bloody cold and couldnt feel my feet. Coffee after was magnificent!

Run 1:15:00 [3] 12.0 km (6:15 / km)

left work onto the beach followed the beach along to cooee then up onto the highway and return to work. Did not work to hard only 1 x 2.5km effort(?) which i got down under 5m KM (just) more for some distance in the legs. Cold night but still, beach was great with full moon.

Paddle (finn multisport) 45:00 [3] 5.0 km (9:00 / km)

Dark, windy and raining when I turned up for padle with AB. Waited 5 minutes and made the decision that we were there so may as well have a go. Did two x 3/4 laps of the cam with a couple of 75 stroke efforts. Need to work solidly to keep up with AB (hope its the different boat) but its lack of speed is made up by the comfort level.

Field Hockey 1:10:00 [3]

Played with the 3s against top side and lost 4-3. Bloddy hopless first half and very frustrated with umpiring! Decided at half time that I should make the most of it and ran hard all 2nd half, felt strong (probably cause I did sweet fa first half).

Paddle (Finn Multisport) 45:00 [3] 7.0 km (6:26 / km)

Missed the morning paddle ( couldnt get up after watching TDF - how awsome was the CSC effort) so did afternoon paddle. Did two full laps of the cam including 12 x 1 minute effort with 1 minute rest after each. Managed to have consistent stroke rates on efforts with maximum of 80 and minimum of 76 over the efforts. Good solid hit out - was happy with effort.

Bike (Fluid Trainer) 1:00:00 [3] 31.0 km (1:56 / km)

In front of the idiot box on the trainer. Did 20km solid then one leg pedal stroke work and finished with 5km effort at about 45km/h. Not quite as good as the TDF guys - how was their form in the valley between the two mountain climbs.... bloody awsome!

GYM (exercise) 15:00 [3]

Off the bike then finished with snakebite and warm down. Up to 7 minutes this week managed to get all out 70/70 push/chin ups. Might alternate weeks with push up for a week then chin ups for a week....... that should be entertaining (to watch)

Run (Hills) 45:00 [3]

Nice to get out again, dropped nick at swimming then headed off for a run, after warm up did a couple of laps from cadburys to healthglo up bridport rd and back down via hospital. Did 7.31 and 7.31 from cadbury to top of bridport rd. Then recovery back down through hospital. First time I have done this so now can use it as a reference. Still hate hills but!
