Paddle (Finn Multisport) 1:02:00 [4] 10.0 km (6:12 / km)

Went and watched nick at Auskick then put the boat in at Wynyard and paddled back to the surf club, not sure of distance - will google that later- solid effort with 100 stroke efforts along the way. Weather was fantastic, water very clear great day to be out on the water - what a great place we have to play in!! Felt strong on the water but buggered afterward as the cold takes it course. I can see a very relaxed afternoon coming.
04/08.... best part of 10km in distance (9.87) .

Run 2:00:00 [4] 10.0 km (12:00 / km)

Went back to the dial to see if i could improve my effort from last week! Started at old tip car park up Myrtle(?) creek track to Mt Dial on to Mt Gnomen down tall trees track to the Gnomen Road then went down the road until the boom gate, onto Legs(?) track then back to car park. 37 minutes to top of Mt dial summit, 50 min to Gnomen summit track turn off,1.02 to Gnomen road, 1.20 to start of legs track, 1.45 to top of legs track and 1.58 back at car park.
Solid hit out (even with this shitty cold) and ran more than i walked which was good, had small pack and MP3 - the later made a huge difference especially on legs track when it turns steep was able to walk for 1 song then jog for one until the top. Fantasic views on a clear day. Only seen two people for the journey a couple sucking face on the myrtle creek track on the way down - made them laugh when i went passed and said "nice spot for it". Overall a good couple of hours, hope to add the bottom end of the tall trees track into the circuit next time.

cycle - fuild trainer 1:00:00 [3] 30.0 km (2:00 / km)

Home watching TV waiting for Jo to come home from Hockey, slotted in an hour on the wind trainer. Not to difficult a session but nice to roll the legs over after the run.

Paddle 45:00 [3] 7.0 km (6:26 / km)

Not so cold this morning and only a slight drizzle to start. Managed two full laps but didnt feel so good - i think the lurgy thats been hiding at our place may have found me. Also suffered a little discomfort from the side strain from last night. AB looked like he was moving well.

Field Hockey 7:00 [2]

Played in the 3s and sustained a side injury - stupid game. Determined to have a couple of weeks off to recover. Paddling could be fun in the morning!

Paddle 45:00 [3] 7.0 km (6:26 / km)

Very cold morning paddle. 2 full laps of the Cam (bridge to debomfords). Google tells me it 3.75km per lap so bit over 7km. Moved well and felt ok.
